Matrix E&P's portfolio spans exploration, field development and production, with participating interests in Apani (PML 79), Atamba (PPL 211), Igbomotoru (PPL 207) and OPL 2010. The Company's strategy is focused on accelerating asset development, deploying fit-for-purpose infrastructure and maximising the commercial value of oil and gas production.
Matrix E&P operates OPL 2010 directly and its other assets through dedicated Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). Matrix E&P finances and operates PML 79, PPL 211 and OPL 2010 under these entities.

The Company has developed complementary oilfield service capabilities through Matrix Energy Operations Services Limited (MEOSL). MEOSL owns a 2,000 HP, 10,000-psi land rig, providing drilling capability for Matrix E&P's development programme and selected third-party operations.
