Frederick Olomuro is a senior HSSE professional with over 25 years of experience across upstream and downstream oil and gas operations, including field operations, terminals, marine logistics, shipping, haulage and retail.

He developed much of his career within SPDC, where he held leadership roles including HSE Lead at Forcados Terminal, Senior HSE Adviser for Swamp West and Marine and Underwater Maintenance Supervisor. His background combines operational safety, marine risk, emergency response and contractor assurance in complex operating environments.

At Matrix, he leads HSSE governance across the upstream portfolio, including risk studies, environmental approvals, contractor assurance, emergency preparedness and operational safety systems. He holds NEBOSH IGC (Distinction), is an ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, a RABQSA OHSMS Auditor and a certified Radiation Safety Officer for drilling operations.
