Olusegun Adejoro is a senior governance, risk and assurance professional with over 20 years of experience across banking, financial services and the energy sector.

Before joining Matrix, he held senior roles at Union Bank, Access Bank and Intercontinental Bank and also served on the Presidential Committee on Fuel Subsidy Verification, gaining significant exposure to forensic reviews, regulatory scrutiny and governance reform.

At Matrix Energy Group, he leads internal audit, enterprise risk and assurance activities across key business processes, including procurement, revenue assurance, inventory, payroll, credit and ERP-enabled controls. His role supports transparency, governance discipline and effective risk management across the Group's operations, including Matrix E&P, while strengthening statutory audit and compliance readiness.
