Executive Director, Business Development, Haulage & Logistics

Aisha Said-Aliu is an Executive Director of Matrix Energy Group with responsibility for business development, haulage, logistics and commercial growth initiatives across the Group.

She holds a BSc in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and has completed professional training in strategy, entrepreneurship and commodity trading. Prior to joining Matrix, she worked with Petrodel Resources Limited as a Business Developer and Oil Trader, gaining practical experience in petroleum trading, market development, commercial negotiations and customer relationship management.

At Matrix, she supports the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives. She also provides executive oversight for haulage and logistics operations, supporting the efficient movement of products, equipment and materials across the Group. Her role strengthens the commercial and logistics capability available to Matrix E&P as the upstream portfolio develops.
